mark2notion (“we”, “us”) provides an API that converts Markdown to Notion-style blocks (the “Service”).

Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Accounts and Eligibility
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA/UK).
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
API Keys and Security
- Your API key is confidential. Do not share it. You are responsible for any usage under your key.
- If you suspect compromise, rotate your key and notify us at hello@mark2notion.com.
- We may revoke or rotate keys to protect the Service or other users.
Permitted Use
- Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or billing.
- Do not interfere with, disrupt, or negatively impact the Service or its infrastructure.
- Do not use the Service to infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated abuse beyond documented API usage.
Content and License
You retain all rights to the Markdown you submit (“Input”) and the Notion-style blocks returned (“Output”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process Input to generate Output and to deliver the Service to you.
We do not store your Input or Output beyond what is necessary to deliver the response to your request.
You are solely responsible for the Input you submit and for how you use the Output.
Usage Limits
Your access may be subject to rate limits, quotas, or plan restrictions as published on our pricing or documentation pages. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access that materially exceeds fair use or negatively impacts the Service.
Pricing, Billing, and Taxes
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Prices may change. If they do, we will provide notice in advance where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
- Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Cancellations and Refunds
- You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.
- Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partial billing periods.
Third-Party Services
We rely on third parties such as Stripe (payments) and Mailchimp (product updates/newsletters). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.

Availability and Changes
The Service may change, be suspended, or discontinued at any time. We strive for continuity but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., by email or by posting on the site). The updated Terms apply from the effective date.
Intellectual Property
We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, documentation, and brand features. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other IP.
Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it without restriction.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, present a security risk, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amounts paid by you to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to liability.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless mark2notion from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and mark2notion agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Switzerland.
Miscellaneous
- If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
- No waiver of any term will be a further or continuing waiver of that term or any other term.
- You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and mark2notion regarding the Service.
